Holotropic & Transformational Breathwork

For those ready to dive deep.

This is an expanded breath journey using intensified conscious breathing, evocative music, and somatic guidance. It can support:

  • Emotional release

  • Trauma processing

  • Creative or spiritual insight

  • Reconnection with deeper parts of yourself

These sessions are powerful, and always include preparation and integration to help you land safely after the experience.
